Melbourne! Claiming (Medicare, DVA & ECLIPSE) and Admissions Workshop

 About this workshop:

This hands-on workshop is designed for Practice Managers and administrative staff responsible for billing, claiming and patient admissions within Xestro.

Throughout the day, you’ll work directly in Xestro to build more efficient billing and claiming workflows, reduce rejected claims, and improve the accuracy of your invoicing and claiming processes. You’ll leave with practical skills to help your practice minimise payment delays and resolve claim issues with confidence.

You will learn:

• Creating quotes and invoices for Medicare, DVA and ECLIPSE claiming
• Best practices to maximise first-pass claim approvals
• Troubleshooting rejected Medicare and ECLIPSE claims
• Understanding common rejection reasons and how to resolve them
• Creating and managing admissions templates
• Practical exercises throughout the day using your own Xestro environment

• Existing Xestro users looking to improve their claiming processes and reduce payment delays

The session is practical and interactive, with a strong focus on applying what you learn throughout the day. You’ll work through real workflows in Xestro, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance specific to your practice.

More than just training

This workshop is also a chance to meet the Xestro team, connect with other Xestro users, and discuss common challenges experienced across practices.

We’ll finish the day with an open Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions about the topics covered or any other Xestro workflows you’d like advice on.

Practical Details

• Bring your own laptop (pre-authenticated into Xestro with the appropriate finance permissions).
• Fully catered.
• Getting there. The workshop is held at Cliftons, Level 1, 505 Little Collins Street, Melbourne. Southern Cross Station is around a 7 minute walk away and trams run along Collins Street and William Street. The venue sits inside Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone.
• Parking is not provided. The venue has no on-site parking, so please allow time to find a paid commercial car park nearby in the CBD.

Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel your place in the training course, please let us know at least one week prior to the session. Cancellations made within one week of the course are non-refundable due to the costs associated with running the training.

If you are unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice, or another Xestro practice, provided we receive at least two business days’ notice of the change.

If a replacement cannot be arranged, you may request that the course materials be sent to you instead.
