About this workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed to help Xestro users build more effective workflows using document templates, custom forms, recalls, and lists.

Throughout the day, you’ll create and configure templates that can improve consistency, reduce manual processes, and support a smoother patient experience across your practice.

You will learn:

  • Creating and managing document templates
  • Using and customising Xestro default templates
  • Understanding document statuses and variables
  • Creating and managing custom forms
  • Lists and their use cases
  • Configuring recalls
  • Practical configuration exercises throughout the day

Who should attend?

This workshop is suited to:

  • Newer Xestro users wanting to build confidence
  • Practice managers and administrative teams that use these work flows
  • Existing users looking to improve knowledge

The session is practical and interactive, with a strong focus on applying what you learn during the day.

💻 Bring your own laptop (pre-authenticated into Xestro).

Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel your place in the training course, please let us know at least 1 week prior to the session. Cancellations made within 1 week of the course are non-refundable due to the costs associated with running the training. If you are unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice, or another Xestro practice, provided we receive at least 2 business days’ notice of the change. If a replacement cannot be arranged, you may request that the course materials be sent to you instead. Please note that Xestro may reschedule or cancel a course if there are insufficient registrations.
