How long does a standard data conversion take?

A typical conversion takes around five weeks. We run this in two stages for accuracy and minimal disruption:

1. Initial Conversion: Data is converted for compatibility with Xestro, including documents and images. Clients can then preview their data in Xestro during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

2. Final (Go Live) Conversion: Once UAT is complete and the client has approved the data quality, the final conversion is performed to ensure all data is fully imported and ready for official use.

How quickly can I get started if I’m not doing a data conversion?

If you’re starting fresh, we can provision your clinic within 1–2 business days. Some connected services (e.g., claiming and e-prescribing) may take a few days to weeks to activate, so while you’ll be operational quickly, full integration with all connected services may occur progressively. Every new clinic receives an onboarding call and hands-on assistance from day one, with our support team available 9 am–5 pm AEST, Monday to Friday. How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes a few weeks, depending on clinic size and training needs. You’ll get a dedicated onboarding call, a clear plan, and hands‑on guidance so your team is confident from day one.

What training options do you have?

We make training easy and continuous:

  • Complimentary live sessions up to four days per week
  • Session recordings if you can't make it live
  • Bespoke 1:1 training via Microsoft Teams (upon request)
  • In-person training at our Maroochydore HQ
  • On-site training at your clinic (upon request)

How long are your contracts?

There’s no lock‑in. You pay monthly based on usage.
